I am soooooooooo tired. Any suggestions as to healthy ways to deal (aside from going to bed earlier because that doesn't seem to work! I just can't get a good night's sleep!)

    For me, music helps relieve the stress. Walking sometime helps me be ready to sleep. Often times we watch the news and weather and by then we are depressed enough to sleep.

    HGTV works as well. My wife watches the HGTV, gets ideas for projects for me to do around the house...that makes me tired evertime! RDM
